The opening is for a Waitstaff, A03/Flex, who will be responsible for providing top-tier food and beverage service in the dining facilities. Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications
- Skill to serve beverages and meals properly and in sequence
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Knowledge of menu composition and beverage pairings
- Skill in proper table setting techniques
- Knowledge of simple math calculations for tabulating checks
- Ability to recognize intoxicated patrons
- Familiarity with conduct, etiquette, and dress code
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables with cloths, silverware, glasses, condiments, and decorations
- Prepare back-up tables with supplements like butter, ice, coffee, fruits, juices, salads, and breads
- Familiarize with daily menu and offer suggestions to guests
- Record and submit guest orders to the kitchen
- Serve side dishes such as salads, fruit, bread, wine, and beverages
- Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals
- Provide world-class customer service with courtesy and positive communication
- Assist customers and solve problems quickly
- Adhere to safety regulations and promptly report hazards or injuries
- Support EEO program and prevent sexual harassment
- Perform additional related duties as required
