Peregrine Senior Living is currently looking for attentive and dedicated Waitstaff/Servers to join their dynamic team. This role is available on both full-time and part-time bases primarily during day shifts, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $16.50, depending on experience. This position is crucial in maintaining a restaurant-style dining atmosphere that enhances the dining experience of the residents. The Waitstaff/Server will work closely with the Dining Director to ensure resident satisfaction by promoting a nurturing environment where guests enjoy their meals and social interactions.

The Waitstaff/Server at Peregrine Senior Living will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while acting as a key part of the dining operations team. The role involves setting tables according to established PSL standards, serving beverages as requested, and guiding residents through daily menu options to accommodate their preferences and dietary needs. Communication skills are vital as the position requires effective interaction with residents, their families, healthcare staff, vendors, and the public to ensure seamless service and address any concerns professionally.
