Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of food serving, cleanliness and sanitation requirements
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain once hired
- Ability to use up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds continuously to move equipment and objects
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, stand and walk over 75 percent of shift
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food serving, cleanliness and sanitation requirements
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain after hire

Job Duties
- Be upbeat, courteous, and positive
- Possess great guest relation and communications skills
- Deliver hospitality and enhance every guest experience
- Navigate through the menu and describe featured menu items demonstrating extensive menu knowledge
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and send orders to kitchen accurately through point of sales system
- Partner with associates to serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle cash including counting and balancing cash register, process payments timely and accurately
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Multi-task and work well with others
- Adhere to Buckner Service Standards
- Perform assigned side-work duties and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas
- Work successfully as part of a team and develop strong working relationships with co-workers
