The organization places high importance on creating an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and respect among employees and residents alike. With locations across the United States, Atria Senior Living has earned a reputation for excellence in providing quality senior care and lifestyle services that enhance the lives of older adults. This commitment extends beyond resident care to encompass employee wellbeing through ongoing training, rewarding employment terms, and a strong sense of community.

The role available is that of a Part-Time Waitstaff, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals to begin or advance their careers in the hospitality and senior living sectors. This position is vital in delivering exceptional dining experiences, characterized by thoughtful service and attention to residents' needs. Part-time employees in this role will enjoy a competitive wage ranging from $16.90 to $20.28 per hour, influenced by previous work experience and skills. The position includes meaningful on-the-job training which means no prior experience is required, providing a supportive entry point into the workforce or a chance to gain valuable skills in a compassionate, service-oriented environment.

As a Waitstaff member at Atria, team members are responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and ensuring a high level of customer service. They act as ambassadors during meal times, helping new residents become familiar with dining options, and contributing to the community’s overall atmosphere of care and respect. This role involves assisting with meal preparation and cleanup, supporting special events and banquets, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment. The work demands teamwork, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for providing supportive care, all within an environment that encourages professional growth.

The benefits package for this position reinforces Atria's commitment to employee welfare, including paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and participation in a retirement savings plan with employer match through 401(k). Other notable perks include tuition reimbursement for U.S.-based employees, and special financial recognition such as anniversary and annual score rewards based on employee classification and community survey results. These elements combine to make Atria Senior Living not only a caring workplace but also a place where employees are valued and their contributions celebrated.

This role is especially suited for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment where they can make a tangible difference in the lives of seniors. With a focus on personal and professional development alongside competitive compensation and benefits, Atria Senior Living offers a fulfilling career path for those passionate about service and community engagement.
