Waitstaff at Fellowship Square are responsible for providing courteous and attentive service to residents, guests, and team members. This includes setting up the dining room to create a warm, welcoming environment, taking and serving orders promptly and with care, and maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout the dining areas. Servers are expected to uphold food safety and sanitation standards rigorously while honoring individual resident preferences and needs through respectful communication.

This full-time and part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $15.50 per hour, along with benefits that support both financial and personal well-being. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ Department of Public Safety)
  • Food Handler’s Card required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Previous food service experience preferred but not required
  • Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
