Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and colleagues
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies
- willingness to learn and follow health and safety protocols
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- effective verbal and written English skills
- general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices

Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- take residents dining orders
- provide the highest level of customer service
- review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
- assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and special events
- create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents
- clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment
