  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • ability to demonstrate fine dining service techniques
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • proficiency with computer order entry systems
  • ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provides food and beverage items as required
  • serves meals in the dining rooms in compliance with Member preferences and orders
  • monitors reception of meals and offers substitute food items for those not deemed satisfactory by members
  • stocks items in kitchen, dining rooms, wait stations, kitchen wait station, and break room as necessary
  • demonstrates the skills and techniques of fine dining service
  • runs food independently
  • is able to serve entire 3-4 table section independently with some assistance needed
  • is able to use the computer to enter orders, split checks, and charge members correctly
