Atria is currently seeking a part-time Waitstaff team member to join its dynamic and compassionate community. This role is pivotal to ensuring residents enjoy exceptional dining experiences while feeling welcomed and cared for. The Waitstaff position involves interacting directly with residents by taking orders, assisting during meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Employees in this role will benefit from a supportive workplace that prioritizes work-life balance and offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $9.50 to $11.40, depending on previous experience. New hires receive on-the-job training to develop their skills while earning a reliable income.

Job Qualifications

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Job Duties

  • Set and clear tables
  • take residents' dining orders
  • provide the highest level of customer service
  • review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining
  • assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events
  • create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents
  • clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment
