The Server role at Guest Services is a vital position within the hospitality team, responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role requires taking food and beverage orders accurately and serving guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. The server is the face of the dining experience, directly interacting with patrons to answer questions about the menu, provide recommendations, and accommodate special requests. A key component of this role is the ability to maintain a pleasant atmosphere by checking in with guests periodically and anticipating their needs throughout their meal.

Servers at Guest Services are expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills, good sanitation habits, and the ability to carry out billing procedures with accuracy. They must be familiar with age requirements for the service of alcoholic beverages and enforce these policies responsibly. Physical stamina is essential, as the job involves standing for extended periods, moving around the dining area, lifting and carrying supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Familiarity with POS systems and touch-screen computers is also required to submit orders and complete transactions efficiently.
