Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capability to understand and follow procedural documents
- Flexibility to work varied retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Proficient use of computers and point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked, e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies
- Understand typical "Coursing" as well as its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
