Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
- ability to frequently lift and move up to 25lbs
- ability to frequently use computers and other technology such as handheld equipment and cash register
- ability to process register transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked, such as about portions, ingredients, or food allergies
- understand typical "coursing" as well as its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
