Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible retail hours including days evenings weekends and/or holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand walk or move for prolonged periods
- capability to lift and move up to 25lbs
- aptitude for using technology such as handheld ordering devices and cash registers
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including days evenings weekends and/or holidays
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- present menu and provide detailed information when asked including about portions ingredients or food allergies
- understand typical coursing and its link to upselling
- take accurate food and drinks orders using ordering system
- work in a fast-paced environment handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- collaborate with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
