Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read and understand instructional and procedural documents
- Flexible availability including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked, including portions, ingredients, or food allergies
- Understand typical "coursing" and its link to upselling
- Take accurate food and drinks orders using the ordering system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
