Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- Advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences
- Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to get along well with others
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
