Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior serving experience preferred
- ability to work part-time schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- reliable transportation to the Brookwood Point location
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- availability for ongoing employment
- ability to follow proper cash handling and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Prior serving experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- customer service oriented

- understanding of dietary restrictions and allergen awareness
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate reasonable requests and note guest preferences
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are met
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment in the dining area
- promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors
- assist with dining room setup and cleanup
- operate various equipment including coffee machines and beverage dispensers
- work cooperatively with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
