The company is currently hiring for part-time Waiter/Waitress positions located at their Vista West Madison facility at 150 Bella Vista Drive, Madison, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers a fixed pay rate of $19.00 per hour, with a schedule that runs Sunday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, though specific details can be discussed during the interview process. As a Waiter or Waitress at Morrison Living, you will be an essential part of the dining experience, interacting directly with guests and ensuring they receive prompt and professional service. Your responsibilities will range from greeting guests warmly, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, to maintaining safe food handling and sanitation. You will need to be knowledgeable about the menu to recommend food and drink pairings and accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, including specialized diets and allergen considerations. Clear communication with kitchen and back-of-house staff will be vital to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are met.
