This opportunity is for a part-time Waiter/Waitress position located at Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek in Goodyear, Arizona. The role features a part-time schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with varying days, offering flexibility suited to work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • ability to work part-time schedule including varying days and hours

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
  • accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences including specialized diets and allergens
  • communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special request accommodation
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
  • promptly address complaints or issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
  • ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service periods and meets sanitation standards
  • operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
  • perform other duties as assigned
