Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of suite service or related experience preferred
  • Ability to execute efficient and professional food and beverage service
  • Availability to work part-time with varying shifts
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Must maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of suite service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to remain flexible and patient when working with guests and staff
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
  • Basic understanding of menu items and ability to advise guests

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests appropriately
  • Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders and special requests are accommodated
  • Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
  • Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
  • Addresses complaints promptly and relays information to supervisor
  • Ensures dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
  • Operates various dining equipment
  • Works with staff of other departments during special events
  • Performs other duties as assigned
