Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of suite service or related experience preferred
- Ability to execute efficient and professional food and beverage service
- Availability to work part-time with varying shifts
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of suite service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests appropriately
- Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders and special requests are accommodated
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
- Addresses complaints promptly and relays information to supervisor
- Ensures dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
- Operates various dining equipment
- Works with staff of other departments during special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
