Job Requirements
- Minimum age as required by law
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- willingness to work weekends and varying shifts
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- prior server experience preferred but not mandatory
- must be able to follow food safety procedures
- willing to wear required safety gear such as slip-resistant shoes and gloves
- able to lift and carry moderate weight when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- two years of prior server experience preferred but willing to train
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- customer-focused attitude
- proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and advise guests on combinations and dietary needs
- communicate with kitchen and event staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment throughout the service period
