The ability to accommodate special requests and knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and specialized diets is highly valuable. Furthermore, the role includes responsibilities such as cash handling, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and assisting with setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after service periods. Employees are expected to exhibit professionalism, flexibility, patience, and a commitment to guest satisfaction at all times.
Morrison Living offers a comprehensive benefits package to its associates, which includes retirement plans, health and wellness programs, associate shopping discounts, identity theft protection, and pet insurance. Voluntary benefits such as critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, legal services, and choice auto and home programs are also available. Full-time employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts, along with eligibility for paid or unpaid time off according to federal, state, and local laws. Morrison Living promotes an inclusive and equitable workplace, committed to treating all applicants and employees fairly regardless of race, national origin, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected classification.
The company is proactive in maintaining a drug-free work environment and may require background screenings for certain positions. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until all openings are filled, with options for future consideration. This position offers not only a job but a rewarding experience as part of a leading hotel and food service company, where team members have the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to superior hospitality service.
