Job Requirements

- ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling
- open availability preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling standards
- follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients advising guests appropriately
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accuracy of orders
- handle cash transactions following proper procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area
- address guest complaints and relay issues to supervisor
- set up dining room before and after service
- operate equipment such as coffee machines and iced tea machines
- assist other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
