Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of prior server experience preferred but willing to train
- Available to work part-time on Friday through Sunday including brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverage orders efficiently
- Delivers food promptly and professionally
- Maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- Advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct orders
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and flexibility
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment
- Addresses guest complaints promptly
- Ensures dining room setup before and after service
- Operates dining room equipment
- Collaborates with other departments during special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
