Job Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining
- Ability to work a part-time varied schedule between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Compliance with company safety policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
Job Qualifications
- Prior fine dining experience
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Basic cash-handling skills
- Familiarity with menu items and dietary accommodations
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with flexible and patient attitude
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary requests
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests are met
- Collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining room before and after service
- Address guest complaints and relay information to supervisor
- Operate dining room equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- Collaborate with other departments during special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
