Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fine dining experience required
- Ability to work part-time schedule with flexible days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Must follow safety procedures including the use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- Communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are accommodated
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- Handle guest complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors
- Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- Set up and clean dining room before and after service periods
- Work with other departments during special events
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
