Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred
- ability to perform job duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- willingness to work flexible on-call shifts including varied days and hours
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- responsible and reliable with a positive attitude
- physical ability to stand and carry items for extended periods
- adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work on-call schedule

- ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on appropriate food and drink combinations when requested
- accommodates reasonable requests and notes guest preferences
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special accommodations
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and maintains patience when interacting with guests and staff
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints or issues and relays to supervisor
- ensures dining room is properly set up prior to and after service periods
- operates equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- works collaboratively with other departments during special events and functions
- performs other assigned duties
