Waitstaff are expected to handle guest interactions with patience, resolve any complaints promptly, and contribute to the cleanliness and safety of the dining area. Aside from hands-on dining responsibilities, Unidine offers a robust benefits package to both full-time and part-time employees. Team members have access to retirement plans, health and wellness programs, associate shopping discounts, and various insurance options including pet insurance and voluntary benefits. Full-time employees enjoy additional benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts.
