Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time or part-time with flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must comply with company policies including drug-free workplace requirements
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrates knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests on food and drink combinations
- Communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are correct and special requests are accommodated
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and addresses complaints promptly
- Operates various equipment including fire extinguishers, phones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- Works with staff of other departments during special events and performs other duties as assigned
