Unidine is currently seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Waiters and Waitresses to join their team at Life Quest The Village located at 2450 John Fries Highway, Quakertown, PA. This position offers flexible schedules with shifts available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. A fixed pay rate of $16.50 per hour is provided. Candidates with food service experience are encouraged to apply immediately as Unidine looks to strengthen its culinary team, a core part of the business.

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodate reasonable guest requests and preferences
- demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain positive interactions with guests and staff
- handle cash and collect tickets following proper procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay to supervisor
- ensure proper dining room setup before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
