Job Duties

  • advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate requests
  • communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
  • promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
  • address complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
  • ensure dining room is properly set up and maintained
  • operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, soda machines
  • assist during special events and functions
  • perform other duties as assigned
