Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work full-time or part-time with open availability
- strong communication skills

- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work well with a team
- pass background check as applicable
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate requests
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- address complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up and maintained
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, soda machines
- assist during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
