The Waiter/Waitress positions being offered are both full-time and part-time with flexible schedules that include shifts from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, including rotating weekends. These positions offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, along with valuable benefits such as paid training, health, vision, and dental insurance, and accruing vacation time for full-time staff. As a Waiter/Waitress at Unidine, you will be an essential member of the culinary team, regarded as the heart of the organization's service delivery. Your daily duties involve interacting closely with guests by taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a professional demeanor, practicing safe food handling, adhering to established sanitation standards, and accommodating special dietary requests. Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
