Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with specialized diets and allergen awareness is a plus
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
- Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and service staff
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
