Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • experience with cash registers and technology
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
  • ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices an advantage

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
  • understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
  • take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
  • communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
