Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to learn and adapt to new procedures
capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
experience with cash registers and technology
customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
prior customer service experience preferred
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices an advantage

Job Duties

Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or food allergies)
understand typical coursing as well as its link to upselling
take accurate food and drinks orders, using ordering system
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedure
communicate effectively with customers and team members
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
