Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior restaurant or food service experience preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
effective communication skills
capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

greet and seat guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and prep station
manage multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
assist in setting up and breaking down service areas
