Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team setting

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to dining room guests
Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
