In addition, the role involves maintaining the setup and cleanliness of dining areas, coordinating with the kitchen and expeditor to ensure order accuracy, and managing guest requests and concerns in a professional manner. This position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions, including sun, wind, and rain, as service extends to the poolside. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts that could include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Effective communication skills, physical stamina to carry up to 40 lbs, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
