The Waiter/Waitress role is a vital part of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to upholding the Four Seasons’ standard of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendly guest interaction. This position focuses on enhancing the dining experience by expertly serving guests both poolside and indoors. The role involves delivering food orders promptly and accurately, providing insightful information about the dishes, including flavor profiles, textures, special cooking methods, and unique ingredients to help guests make informed dining choices tailored to their preferences and dietary needs. The Waiter/Waitress will ensure guests are fully equipped with all necessary condiments and utensils and work closely with the expeditor to verify order accuracy.

This position also involves preparing and maintaining the dining area, including setting, cleaning, and arranging tables, linens, glassware, and silverware, ensuring an inviting and orderly atmosphere. Anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly to any concerns or requests is fundamental to delivering the exceptional guest experience synonymous with Four Seasons. The role requires the ability to serve indoor and outdoor areas and the physical stamina to transport and serve food from the kitchen to pool seating areas using a tray.
