Positioned at the Torrey Heights location in San Diego, CA, this full-time Waiter/Waitress role offers a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Scheduled from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, this position demands a minimum of one year of serving experience, ideal for individuals passionate about guest service and food hospitality. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with back-of-house staff to ensure seamless order delivery and guest satisfaction. Maintaining a clean, safe dining environment and handling cash transactions with accuracy are also key components.
Beyond the typical serving duties, the role encompasses sensitivity to guest privacy, proactive complaint resolution, and active participation in dining room setup and maintenance. The position also involves operating various equipment such as coffee machines and iced tea dispensers. Engaging with special event teams and other departments further highlights the diverse scope of this customer-centric role.

Full-time and part-time employees have access to retirement plans, health and wellness programs, associate shopping programs, identity theft protection, and pet insurance, among other voluntary benefits. Full-time team members additionally benefit from medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs. Paid and unpaid time-off benefits adhere to federal, state, and local laws, ensuring work-life balance.
