The part-time seasonal Waiter/Waitress position at Funko Field is an event-based role primarily active from April through September. This vital customer-facing position involves delivering and serving food and beverages at various catered functions. Working under the supervision of the catering captain or operations manager, the waiter or waitress ensures the smooth execution and overall success of events during their shift. Responsibilities include assembling and delivering food and supplies, maintaining proper food temperatures, arranging tables and buffet setups to standards, and providing exceptional courteous service to guests. Additionally, the role includes cleaning up event areas, handling leftover food and serving equipment, stocking, and maintaining catering facilities, and following all safety and sanitation policies.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to maintain clean and safe work environments, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough knowledge of menu offerings. The ability to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit is mandatory.   • Must be able to obtain a valid alcohol server's permit
  • Availability to work seasonal shifts from April through September
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions
  • Log and maintain food temperatures
  • Arrange tables and decorations
  • Arrange buffet tables according to standards
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Clean event location during and after events
  • Return food, beverages, and equipment to catering facility
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards
  • Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment
  • Ensure friendly, courteous service
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu and products
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Perform other assigned duties
