We are currently seeking dedicated and personable waiters and waitresses to join our team. This role involves multitasking between taking and delivering food and beverage orders, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attentiveness, and a positive attitude to provide outstanding service to each guest. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, offering knowledgeable menu recommendations, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of tables and tableware. In addition to food service duties, waitstaff at The Blarney Stone will be responsible for upselling additional products when appropriate and ensuring that guests comply with alcohol laws by checking IDs.

This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with flexible schedules, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes an hourly wage ranging from $4.86 to $7.25 per hour plus tips, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to rewarding quality service.
