Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work Friday through Monday including weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism
- Must wear all black attire and non-slip shoes as per dress code
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving, waiter/waitress, hospitality, or strong customer service experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is a plus
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and attentive manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and workstations
- Set, clear, and reset dining tables
- Refill beverages and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with buffet setup and breakdown when applicable
- Wash and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware
- Help maintain kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, and freezer cleanliness
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure excellent service
