Job Requirements

- must be willing to work part-time hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- willingness to learn and undergo training
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining food safety standards
- assist guests periodically with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients including specialized diets and allergens
- communicate directly with kitchen staff for order accuracy and special accommodations
- process cash transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas
- address guest complaints or issues promptly and relay to supervisor
- set up and clean dining room before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform additional duties as assigned
