Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to carry moderate weight and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- Knowledge of food service and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic customer service experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
- Logs and maintains food temperatures
- Arranges tables and decorations
- Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards
- Serves food and beverages to guests
- Thoroughly cleans location after events
- Returns food, beverage, and serving equipment to catering facility
- Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions
- Stocks, cleans, and maintains catering facility and equipment
- Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of menu and products
- Maintains clean and safe work environment
- Follows safety and sanitation policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
