Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up to assist with additional guest requests
- demonstrates understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates special diet requests and allergens
- communicates orders accurately with kitchen staff
- collects tickets and handles cash properly
- promotes a clean and safe dining environment
- maintains confidentiality of guest information
- addresses guest complaints or issues promptly
- sets up and cleans dining areas before and after service
- operates kitchen and beverage equipment
- assists staff during special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
