Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • ability to work a seasonal schedule from April through September
  • must be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
  • demonstrate exceptional communication skills
  • knowledge of specialized diets and allergens preferred
  • ability to remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff
  • prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
  • ability to operate various equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
  • demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
