The part-time seasonal Waiter/Waitress role at Dunkin' Park offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic team from April through September, supporting various event-based settings. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
ability to work a seasonal schedule from April through September
must be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
strong interpersonal and communication skills
availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events

Job Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
demonstrate exceptional communication skills
knowledge of specialized diets and allergens preferred
ability to remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff
prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
ability to operate various equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks
communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
