Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- ability to work a seasonal schedule from April through September
- must be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
Job Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- demonstrate exceptional communication skills
- knowledge of specialized diets and allergens preferred
- ability to remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff
- prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous
- ability to operate various equipment such as chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
