Job Requirements
- Prior serving or food service experience preferred
- ability to work part time, including weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- willingness to follow food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior serving or food service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work collaboratively with a team
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
