In addition to delivering excellent service, team members are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, following proper cash-handling procedures, and using various equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, patience, and flexibility to meet guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly by escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Unidine values team players who contribute to a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and coworkers.

This position at Unidine offers more than just a job; it is an opportunity to join a vibrant team that impacts the community positively. Employees benefit from a robust package, including retirement plans, health and wellness programs, identity theft protection, and various voluntary benefits.
