Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time on a seasonal basis from April to September
- capable of standing for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry trays and equipment as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate food and drink pairings and accommodating dietary restrictions
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- address guest complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisors
- ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment such as chafers, beverage machines, and coffee machines
- work collaboratively with staff during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
