Levy is currently seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join their team at Truist Field in the position of Waiter/Waitress for a part-time seasonal role. This role is designed for those who thrive in vibrant, fast-paced environments, particularly during the peak event season from April through September. As a waiter or waitress at Levy within Truist Field, you will play a crucial role in the food and beverage service, working closely with guests and kitchen staff to provide seamless service from order taking to delivery. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, taking accurate orders, delivering items promptly, and adhering to sanitation and safety standards throughout the service. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, and to recommend pairings or accommodate special dietary needs and allergen considerations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is maintaining composure and professionalism in a busy and lively event environment.
This seasonal position is event-driven, which means your work schedule will primarily revolve around game days, concerts, and other major events hosted at Truist Field. The environment is team-oriented, where collaboration with back-of-house kitchen staff and other departments is vital to fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently. The job also requires handling monetary transactions responsibly and keeping the dining area clean, safe, and inviting.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to communicate clearly and effectively
- valid alcohol servers permit or ability to obtain
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on food and drink pairings and accommodating special diets or allergens
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request accommodations
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to supervisors as needed
- prepare and set up the dining area before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as ice tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other department staff during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
