Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to communicate clearly and effectively
- valid alcohol servers permit or ability to obtain
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- customer-focused attitude
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers permit
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- flexible availability to work during event days and evenings
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on food and drink pairings and accommodating special diets or allergens
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request accommodations
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to supervisors as needed
- prepare and set up the dining area before and after service periods
- operate equipment such as ice tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with other department staff during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
