Levy is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join its team as part-time seasonal waiters and waitresses at Truist Field. The position is seasonal and event-based, primarily active from April through September, allowing associates to engage in a vibrant, fast-paced setting that combines hospitality with entertainment. As a waiter or waitress at Levy, associates are entrusted with providing excellent front-of-house service that enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately, delivering items promptly, and maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation. Associates must be knowledgeable about menu offerings and capable of advising guests on food and beverage pairings while accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. Communication plays a vital role in this position, as waitstaff coordinate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work seasonal hours primarily April through September
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers permit
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and remain flexible under pressure
- Knowledge of specialized diets and allergens is preferred
- Prior food service experience is an advantage
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- Deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- Communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
- Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors
- Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service and maintain sanitation standards
- Operate various equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines
- Work with other department staff during special events and perform other duties as assigned
