Job Requirements
- Previous airport and food and beverage knowledge preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules with flexible availability
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding guest information
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days and varied hours
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling standards
- Follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients
- Advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests
- Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor
- Set up and clean the dining room before and after service
- Operate dining equipment such as fire extinguishers, coffee machines, and soda machines
- Work with other departments during special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
