At Fogo de Chao - Ft. Lauderdale, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our front of house team as full-time or part-time waiters/waitresses. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by providing knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service to our patrons. Wait staff are responsible for educating guests about the menu, guiding them through the multi-course meal service, and ensuring each guest has a memorable dining occasion. Successful candidates will be capable of thinking quickly on their feet, managing challenges gracefully, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

The waiter/waitress position requires a strong understanding of the menu and specials to better inform and recommend options to guests. Candidates must be able to handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism, maintaining the high service standards that Fogo de Chao is known for. Physical demands include the ability to transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain a fast pace during busy shifts. Additionally, availability to work weekends and holidays is essential to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
